WHAT SHIPPING TYPES DO YOU OFFER? HOW MUCH ARE THEY?
Timbuk2 Europe BV only ships within the European continent and offers standard shipping within Europe.
Free shipping within the European Union is available on all purchases valued at €60 or over, irrespective of weight and size.
For purchases within the European Union valued at under €60, we charge a €5,95 flat rate on all orders.
For purchases from outside the European Union, incl. Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom, free shipping is also available for purchases valued at €60 or over.
For purchases from outside the European Union, incl. Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom, valued at under €60, we have to charge a €9,95 flat rate on all orders reflecting not only the higher shipping costs but also the additional handling.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Orders from outside the European Union might be subject to duties, customs and value added taxes that aren't reflected in our prices. The recipient will be responsible for paying these charges upon receipt of his order. We are required by law to disclose full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Some countries may be assessed an additional handling fee for brokering these payments prior to delivery within that country.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most shipments will be made with DPD however, dependent upon destination we might also use UPS or other couriers.

We only ship to customers on the European continent
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will provide you with a tracking number which allows you to track your shipment on the tracking page of the respective courier.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY WORK ADDRESS?
Yes. Please include the business name and where needed specific building details (e.g. Level number, unit number etc.) in the delivery address of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?
No, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS GET LOST IN TRANSIT?
Please contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipment confirmation email. If the courier can’t locate your items, we’ll lodge an enquiry on your behalf.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
In the rare case that we’ve missed an item from your order, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you receive an incorrect item with your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll organise for the correct item to be delivered to you. We’ll also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
